As a Legal, Compliance & Governance Executive, you will participate as a member of the executive team in the development of long-term, integrated, cross-functional operational plans and provide legal advisory support. You will review legal documents and correspondence, gather evidence on legal matters, conduct necessary legal research, and offer solutions. You will maintain an effective, efficient, and transparent system of regulatory and ethical compliance within the client organization. You will also report non-compliance issues to management and governance structures, such as the board and its committees. This continual evolution creates avenues for ongoing professional development and learning. Qualification in BA Law with Admission as a practicing Advocate. Postgraduate qualification in governance. Minimum 10 years of experience in Legal and Compliance Executive roles. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Medical Aid industry. Knowledge of Legal advisory services. Knowledge of Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
