My client in the Lift / Elevator Industry is seeking to employ an Experienced Installation Supervisor for their offices in Johannesburg Manage all lift / elevator installations. Manage the installation team. Able to read blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams. Have knowledge of and be able to wire all components of elevator (hall call station, cab operating panel, control panel, disconnects, etc.). Able to trouble shoot problems that occur during installation. Able to lift heavy material periodically during installation/mobilization. Keep work area and work vehicle clean. Familiar with supplies needed to install or fix an elevator/lift. Able to evaluate work environment for any safety concerns and be proactive in enforcing safety. Able to be a team leader, coordinating a job from construction to installation of elevator. Experience with elevator troubleshooting and repair. Understand and be able to execute construction from pouring slab to building hoistway, setting doors, etc. Must follow all safety guidelines of the company, complete a safety meeting before beginning the work week, and wear all personal protection on jobsites as necessary. Be able to read a tape measure, know names of all tools and material. Able to plan week, make punch lists and planning lists I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE AS THEIR IS NO TIME FOR TECHNICAL TRAINING Matric Senior Evalator Installation Supervisor / Repairs experience (5 years) Trade Tested R30 000pm company phone, laptop, access to co car, business fuel 5% share in net profits for special projects Participation in staff share trust after 6 months employment Pension after 3 months
