Reference: CPT001163-FT-2 PACK LINE MANAGER Piketberg Our client is an internationally recognised grower, packer and exporter of citrus and grapes. The various farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape. The company has a vacancy for a PACK LINE MANAGER in Piketberg. RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of the packing management team, the packline manager will oversee a shift with the following responsibilities: Packaging planning and scheduling. Ensuring optimal pack-out percentages. Quality control and food safety. Team building, motivation, and management. Time and production management. REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12, with a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. B.Agric / B Tech process engineering / Food technology or technical qualification) 5 years' experience in a similar role Computer literacy Willing to work irregular / night shift and long hours.
