Lodge Management Couple - - South Africa

Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a high-end safari lodge is essential
Must have at least 5 years of experience in an assistant lodge management position
Must be very strong in administration
Working experience managing budgets is needed
Must be knowledgeable in food and wine
Have experience in managing a team
Must have strong managerial capabilities
Both must have a valid RSA Drivers License & PDP
Both of you must be mature and responsible
Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
Hands-on approach toward guest experience
Ability to take initiative and problem-solving
Have a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & food
Must have strong leadership and communication skills verbal and written
