An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Logistics Coordinator within a plastics company based in the Eastern Cape. The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for: Receiving and verifying FG stock and secondary packaging. Ensuring timeous and correct distribution of products. Solving problems and stock discrepancies identified. Monitoring of stock levels and ensuring timeous supply of stock to Customers. Ensuring stock is handled correctly. Monthly stocktaking. Managing of FG Stores and Distribution team. Managing the fleet (internal trucks and drivers). Planning function (inter-branch and production). Requirements: A minimum of a Matric, Supply chain or Logistics qualification advantageous. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Store’s Supervisor or Management experience essential. Must have some Distribution and/or transport experience. Intermediate excel. Experience on SAP or similar ERP system advantageous.
