The applicant needs to be able to manage and operate a Doosan DNM6700 4 axis CNC Milling machine; Must be diligent in documentation of machining steps and job-cards. Tasks include: Machining job planning. Material selection. Tool selection. Jig / clamping planning. Machining sequence planning. Machine operating. Job set-ups. Tool setup. Running machining operations. Inspection Machined part / component inspections. Dimensional reports. Required Skills CNC programmer: 2-3 Years CNC machine operator: 2-3 Years Reading technical drawings: 1-2 Years R16 000 - R60 000 CTC.
