Candidate requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Maintenance manager role in a 5-star establishment
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
Solid understanding of building systems and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems and other related software
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
