Our client a leader in the telecommunication industry is currently looking for a Project Manager (Data Centre) to be based in Cape Town on a Fixed Term Contract. Assume full responsibility for successfully initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring, and closing a project. Creation of all documentation (Project Charter, Detailed project plan, RAID log etc). Managing project budgets and cash forecasts. Responsible for cost planning and Management of Tender Procurement Process and reporting. Review and approve final invoices, payment applications. Submitting progress reports to PMO. PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certificate. Running large projects. Stakeholder management. 2 years' Experience in leading teams. 3 years' Experience in Data Centre Construction – Essential. FIDIC, NEC3, JBCC and GCC2010 Contract experience – advantageous. Construction Site safety. Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
