Our client is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive facility management services at a Private Hospital. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of cleaning, laundry, gardening, catering, and security services to our esteemed client. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations at the hospital. Key duties include : Supervising and coordinating cleaning, laundry, gardening, catering, and security services to meet hospital requirements. Managing staff schedules, assignments, and performance to ensure optimal service delivery. Overseeing inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospital management and staff. Handling operational issues and resolving client concerns promptly. Contributing to business development initiatives, and supporting growth objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess: Minimum 5 years experience in operations management in hospital services 3 years Supervisory experience Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management/Facility Management/Operations Management or related field
