We are currently recruiting for a Plaza Manager to join our dynamic team. Grade 12 certificate. Applicable tertiary qualifications preferably in financial management will be an advantage. Advanced business management skills. Leadership skills At least 4 years' management experience. Commercial acumen Computer literacy skills Mathematical and Accounting skills. Excellent communication skills in relevant official languages Knowledge of Employment-Related legislation Interpersonal relationship skills Strong administrative skills Experience in the Toll Industry will be an advantage. Valid “Code 8 B or EB” driver's license and competent driving skills. Certificate of medical fitness. Plan activities and coordinate resources to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Plaza 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Management of cash collection and storage procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and security. Management of the maintenance and cleanliness of the Plaza. Review and submit Plaza monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required. Ensuring compliance with all plaza related policies and procedures of the company Monitor and manage housekeeping and ensure HSE standards. Building relationships with relevant stakeholders. Attending meetings, Contracts meetings, RIMS, and EE meetings. Market Related
