Manage both Ultra-Span and Stamping Production function. Oversee the Warehouses and despatch function. Manage Production Yield, and Cost. Ensure sound labour relationship with Unionised and Non-Unionised employees. Ensure employees are engaged and productive. Manage the Ultra-Span and Stamping Plant Factory Operating Budget. Coordinate and Manage Electrical & Mechanical repairs, maintenance, and installations. Coordinate and drive automation, improvements and maintenance activities including Capital and non-capital projects. Coordinate and supervise all activities of the maintenance department. Manage the Tool Room Team and all tooling tasks and projects. Prepare Plant efficiency reports and office administration. Champion Resource Management system. Champion Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement. Ensure Health & Safety standards are improved. Manpower planning and Staff Performance management. Production / Engineering Qualifications Must have technical qualifications/experience for the position and from Metal and Engineering Industry – Non Neg 10 years' experience in production management. Experience in using MRP system for reports and material management. Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experienced in influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders at all levels in an organisation to maximise business impact. Must be willing to relocate if not based in Midrand. Negotiable
