Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new growth opportunities. Analyze sales data, marketing performance, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Monitor and report on competitors' marketing activities and strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports on marketing metrics to inform management decisions. Support the Marketing Executive in planning and executing marketing initiatives. Utilize advanced analytics tools to enhance data-driven decision-making processes within the marketing department. Ensure all research and analysis is compliant with industry standards and company policies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analysis or market research, preferably in the food service or retail industry. Proficiency in analytics software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SPSS, or similar. Strong understanding of the South African consumer market and the quick-service restaurant industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
