Marketing Specialist - Johannesburg

The position will spearhead the development and the executing of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion via multiple platforms (traditional and non-traditional) This position will be based at our Johannesburg branch Manage CRM and Database Maintenance: Send out monthly pricelists to dealers through the CRM System, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain CRM by updating new dealer registrations and managing unsubscribers. Keep track of two separate databases for TWT and Standard Dealers, ensuring correct pricing lists are distributed accordingly. B2B Online Portal Management: Collaborate with developers to maintain and update the B2B online portal. Update the Master file with new tyre or wheel listings, ensuring products are accurately represented online. Coordinate with developers to integrate new brands, images, stock, and information onto the portal. Internal Communication and Support: Design and distribute internal newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged. Assist with marketing claims from manufacturers and support account managers with marketing materials as needed. Provide support in organizing marketing materials for account managers and assisting in the design of internal presentations. Warranty Management and Customer Data Verification: Oversee the management of mileage warranty data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verify that customers have provided all necessary information for warranty claims and registrations. Implement procedures to streamline data management and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies or missing information promptly. Facilitate Dealer on boarding on B2B Portal: Provide assistance in on boarding new dealers onto the B2B portal, granting them access to necessary resources and functionalities. Guide new dealers through the registration process and ensure smooth integration into the platform. Offer ongoing support to resolve any issues or questions during the on boarding process, fostering positive relationships with dealers. Cancellation Management for B2B Portal Orders: Handle all cancellations initiated through the B2B portal, ensuring timely and accurate processing of App sales and Commission. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure cancelled orders are promptly removed from the portal to prevent invoicing discrepancies. Implement efficient procedures to streamline the cancellation process and minimize potential disruptions to business operations. Maintain clear communication with affected parties to resolve any issues arising from cancellations effectively. SRSA Marketing Claims Marketing rands claims for brand marketing.
