Candidates that would like to apply for the position will need the following. SAGMA of GMF Accredited qualification. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Miller. Has previously worked with white maize. Full spectrum grain will be adventageous. Valid RSA drivers license with own transport. Monitoring and ensuring optimal functionality of milling machinery by performing: Process control. Storage control. Quality control. Maintenance. People management. Adaptability and flexibility. Ability to train and supervise staff. Problem solving. OHSA, ISO and HACCP systems. Work values and ethics. Quality assurance. Planning, organizing and control. Forward thinking. Decision making/ Judgement. Conflict resolution. Team management. Market related and dependant on the candidates Abilities and experience.
