You will be contributing to the organisations risk and compliance as well as leading the large national bookkeeping teams in their 6 regional branches across the country. Duties: Being accountable for accounting operations. Including managing bookkeeping teams Implementing effective accounting systems and automating accounting workflows Managing monthly KPI's Recruiting and training support for the regional accounting teams Conducting regular quality control reviews Dealing with external auditors with escalated queries Job Experience & Skills Required: Completed B.com degree (Finance) Minimum 5 years in a similar role Completed articles (SAICA/ SAIBA/ SAIPA) Registered Tax Practitioner (advantageous) CA(SA) advantagous Strong Management experience Periodic Travel will be involved (all over SA) Strong Caseware or Xero or Unibrowse experience (must be very tech savvy) If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
