Able to work in a team environment without any micro supervision Accessible to team members for engagement and managing your time efficiency Excellent expertise in PtP and PMP microwave communications. Understand and be familiar with the type of radios used in the network for which the planning will be done. Organisational skills and time management – to deal with busy periods and large projects which require planning Min 1 year experience in some form of Microwave Planning essential.
