Networking and Technologies Specialist - Blouberg, Cape Town – R18 000 Per Month We are currently seeking a Networking and Technologies Specialist wanting to seize an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team in the Western Cape province. This position is created through two companies that have collaborated for several years. Today they have several joint customers that require ongoing attention. More importantly, This is an opportunity for personal growth through the in-depth training and mentorship that will be provided. Job description: In this role, we're looking for a results-driven candidate with excellent interpersonal skills. A major part of the role will be to support the partnership growing between these two exciting companies. One being leaders in the Fiber, Surveillance and networking business. And through the partnership, vehicle analytics, access control, visitor management, community management and security being a major focus. General: Age 25-40yrs Lives in Blouberg/Melkbos or within 20km radius thereof Available as soon as possible Strengths: 1. Effective planning skills and good problem solving abilities 2. Good communication 3. Takes initiative 4. Attention to detail 5. Driven attitude 6. Excellent interpersonal skills Successful candidate will need to undergo “Integrity” screening and Personality Profiling Test. Matric (College or University beneficial) Valid drivers license Own Vehicle Bilingual (Eng/Afr) – highly preferred At least 1-2 year's Network experience Knowledge of IP networking Knowledge of network structures (Wireless installations) Medically fit The candidate needs to be able to: Present & promote products/services Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Highly motivated and target driven Excellent communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services Self motivated and can also work well in the team Beneficial: A & N Psira registered Mikrotik or related experience Working with IP networks and cameras experience Project Management program experience (Asana) Access control experience Mobile technologies and Microsoft experience
