Registered Nurse – Theatre Scrub Sister Deliver comprehensive and quality patient care to meet the health needs of patients in the unit. Deal with all service providers in a professional manner (e.g., Doctor's orders). Supervision and monitoring of junior healthcare providers and support staff. Promote and carryout the image of the Hospital in a professional manner. Always maintain professional conduct in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures. Facilitating of a learning environment. Prevent, report, and manage medico legal risks, and hazards. Scrubbing for different disciplines. Render quality nursing which is cost effective. Registered Nurse: Theatre Scrub Sister Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Trained/Qualified Registered Nurse. Minimum of two years' experience in a similar environment. A qualification in Theatre Nursing Science will be advantageous (Theatre Trained). Must be willing to work shifts as required by unit. Adaptable and able to work effectively within a team The ability to display sound judgement in problem-solving.
