Office admin/ Sales Support - Cape Town Region

Our client, a growing pharmaceutical company seeking a versatile and dedicated Office admin/ Sales Support person to join our close-knit team. This multi-disciplinary role bridges the gap between sales support, production and general office administration. 1. Exceptional communication skills in English and Afrikaans, with a particular talent for telephone conversations. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with QuickBooks accounting and task management systems is beneficial. 3. Strong organizational abilities to streamline and maintain office functions. 4. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines. 5. Capacity to work efficiently under pressure. 6. A collaborative spirit, ready to engage in a multifaceted team environment that spans various operational areas and geographic locations. 1. A personal vehicle with a valid driver's license. 2. A clean criminal record. 3. Grade 12 minimum (A degree or diploma would be beneficial) 3. South African residency. 4. References from previous employers that can attest to the candidate's qualifications and experience. 5. Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be highly regarded.
