We are looking to recruit and appoint a mature candidate to oversee building upkeep and ensuring optimal conditions are maintained. This role involves Bookkeeping, General Administration and Property Maintenance Administration tasks. Property Maintenance Administration: proactive management of plumbing, electrical, structural, and aesthetic maintenance tasks. Finance Administration: Invoicing, Debtors and Creditors, General Administration Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, reply to text messages, schedules meetings. Manger email and telephone queries. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, copying, scanning, etc. Document interactions for various departments; Property Maintenance, Admin, Finance Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in. Collaborate with the Head of Maintenance or teams to ensure successful project implementation. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation. Encourage all staff to share ideas and progress on service improvement, and ensureregular communication with staff on progress. Proactively manage occupancy where applicable. Ad hoc functions as and when required. Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality; Minimum three (3) years Diploma in Office Administration / Management; Ten (10) years experience in office management; Excellent communication skills; Strong writing skills and presentation skills; Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills; Ability to make sound decisions; Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite. Must be deadline driven. Must be able to work with people and in a team. Problem solver. Ability to work systematically and accurately. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multi-task. Ability to prioritize and excellent time management. Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organizing skills.
