Requirements:
- English-speaking
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience advantageous
- 5 years' experience in an office environment
- Customer service and interpersonal communication
- Excellent telephone etiquette
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth running of the Office and that the workplace is safe and compliant
- Waybills
- Invoices
- Typing
- Photocopying
- Cash sales
- Correspondence with sales team
- Attendance to sales meetings
