Our established client based in Mkondeni, Pietermaritzburg is currently seeking an Office Manager / Personal Assistant tot join their team.

Requirements:

  • English-speaking
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft Office
  • QuickBooks experience advantageous
  • 5 years' experience in an office environment
  • Customer service and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent telephone etiquette

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Office and that the workplace is safe and compliant
  • Waybills
  • Invoices
  • Typing
  • Photocopying
  • Cash sales
  • Correspondence with sales team
  • Attendance to sales meetings
