Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the Patensie, Eastern Cape branch · Assist the area leader in planning and management of staff day to day activities and ensure that tasks are achieved. · Ensure that all FCM release and monitoring, operational and quality protocols are strictly followed, and any deviation or risk is efficiently communicated to the area leader. · Ensure that all or any deviation or risk is managed with the process of corrective and preventative actions. · Check & verify that all purchases are budgeted for and correctly allocated and that all finance protocols are strictly adhered to. · Continuous update of asset registers by supporting the admin personnel. · Maintaining efficient stock levels within budget of all operational consumables, equipment and critical spares to reduce/eliminate operational downtime and ineffectiveness. · Daily submitting of attendance registers, logistical planning of operations · Service and calibrate all operational equipment and ensure that all vehicles are serviced and properly maintained, · Do regular quality checks and ensure that quality standards are adhered to. · Ensure that weekly monitoring data is correctly submitted and ensure that data is trustworthy. · Grade 12 · National higher diploma or degree in Operations and/or Agricultural management or related field · Minimum of 1 year experience in operational or management activities. · Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Earth) · AVCASA qualification will receive preference. · Code 8 driver's license. · Motor bike learners or license will be advantageous. · Exposure to yearly audits & reports is required. · Experience in health and safety systems will be advantageous.
