Operations Manager (Retail) required for a leading retail company based in East London
- Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in retail management / operations retail experience essential
- Strong administration skills
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat within the butchery department
- Must be willing to travel within the Transkei region when required
- Recipe Costings
- Develop & implement processes to improve operational efficiency
- Knowledge of store operations & customer service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills
- Develop strategies to maximize sales
- Overseeing of all servicing departments in retail stores
- Working to strict deadlines & company policies
