**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes
- Utilize your expertise in SAP solutions, including SAP FI/CO, AP, and AR
- Monitor applications and systems to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
**Required Skills:**- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field
- ITIL certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
