Defining staff requirements, recognizing areas of vulnerability and taking cognisance of succession planning. Preparing of job profiles / specifications and key performance areas along with key measurement areas. Selection, training, career-pathing and motivation of personnel. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling personnel. Ensuring that the staff are fairly and appropriately treated and rewarded. Encourage growth and development of all personnel on an ongoing basis. Authorise staff leave, overtime and claims Conduct disciplinary enquiries / hearings Staff performance appraisals Meet with staff on a weekly basis Attainment of Budgets / Forecasts. Monitor all income and expenses. Monitor attainment of income budgets set with consultants Monthly income reconciliations Ensure that all audit fees, monthly and quarterly invoicing is done. Check and sign all invoices prepared by consultants. Compile a weekly report to COO and Management summarising WIP, client visits, PRC funding and invoicing Monitor throughput and plan claims activity to ensure prescriptions are avoided. Assist Consultants to apply for APDP EPC permits Assist Consultants with the EU Declarations Attend weekly/monthly client Telecons Compile bi-weekly reports to auditors and other external stakeholders Team Player Strong leadership skills Accuracy High attention to detail
