Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Coordinate Road & Sea Logistics function in line with responsible destination.
Administrate the logistics of vehicles into the relevant destination ensuring timeous delivery and error-free documentation.
Complete the necessary daily/weekly/monthly updates, schedules and reports to control and monitor the required export function.
Plan all vessel / carrier bookings with the relevant transporters to ensure accurate schedules and delivery lead times.
Develop all import & export documents such as Invoices, COO, P/L, BOLs, etc. to ensure effective management of the logistics process.
Provide customers and service providers (transporters, couriers, customs, etc.) liaison to always ensure effective communication.
Process the required SAP / IT System capturing in accordance with the relevant deadlines.
Strict Adherence and development of all standard operating procedures relevant to logistics and accessory fitment / conversions to ensure compliancy and confidentiality.
Ensure that all necessary information is readily available for management reports and performance appraisals.
Oversee specific departmental responsibility and ensure adequate training such as ISO14001, Health and Safety, First Aid, Fire Fighting, UID etc.

Qualifications

Skills

5 years of Import/Export (Including Business Administration), in the motor industry.
Customs and excise regulations/ Import and Export Road and Sea Experience.
MS Office - Intermediate.
Knowledge of SAP System.
