Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Managing Team Schedule.
Coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs.
Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Schedule and coordinate access for weekend and after hours work with teams and clients.
Update the SLA (Service Level Agreement) list.
Follow up with relevant personnel for outstanding quotes.
Load Field motion reports upon technician requests.
Create new customer or user profiles as needed.
Liaise with Field motion support for technical assistance.
Perform general administrative tasks to support operations.
