Reference: Cen000343-E-1 Parts Salesman - Heavy Vehicle / Truck Industry - Kempton Park Job Description Present, promote and sell products/service to existing clients Establish, develop and maintain a good relationship with current clients and potential clients Always show the willingness to assist the clients Treat customers fairly and with honesty Demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practice Assisting in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the maximum customer satisfaction Manage and control all back orders and provide feedback to clients daily Read catalogue and assist clients to identify the correct part Generate sales estimates /quotes , picking slips and internal transfer invoices Invoice parts internally and externally according to the Branch's requests Follow up with backorders daily Achieve agreed upon sales targets Standby and after hours parts sales assistance is compulsory on rotation basis Weekly meeting with management and resolve all parts issues Assist with stock take from time to time Excellent time keeping and attendance Always adhere to company policies Do any other lawful tasks/duties that arise at the request of the manager Minimum Requirements Matric certificate Code 8 license Minimum 5 years in similar role in the Commercial Industry Read and Write English Personal Attributes Team player Confident and proactive approach-anticipates issues and requirements R 12000 - R 12000 - Monthly plus Medical Allowance and Provident Fund
