PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (weekly) - Roodepoort - Up to R300K CTC - Johannesburg

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant payroll experience Weekly payroll exposure essential
  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related field advantageous.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of either VIP Premier Payroll or Sage 300
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work accurately.
  • High levels of accuracy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full weekly wage payroll function for about 120 employees.
  • Allocation and capturing of timesheets.
  • Payments and reconciliations (PAYE, Retirement fund)
  • Follow up and resolve payroll queries.
  • Communicate with management and employees.
  • Prepare reports (EE, Budgeting, WCA)
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • COIDA administration and claims.
  • Keeping monthly schedules of expenses and training.
