Attention to detail with Bank information and ID numbers They require accuracy, punctuality, reliability and dependability and an effective team player and be able to deal with pressure Duties to include: Employee compliment of 230 - 250 people Capturing of leave forms on VIP and CS Time (Eco Time) Capturing employee records on SAGE HR System/ opening new employee files and closing terminated employee files Employee photos Managing the CS Time Attendance system - hurs, off days and PHH Checking Doctors sick notes Following up on incident reports for disciplinary purposes and liaising with IR Offcer Filing Export and processing of performance Appraisals - annualy Weekly and Monthly standrad reporting Liaising wit Regional and Store Managers Managing Staff rosters - monthly (Off days vs days worked) Writing training material and conducting training. Minum 2 years in a similar role and Sage and Premium HR and advantage CS Time - Eco Time, Excel, MS Word and Outlook R15 - R18KCTC
