If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy multitasking, and have excellent interpersonal skills, this role is for you Responsibilities: Assist management in scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Prepare excel reports, and various other documents with precision. Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to proofreading. Liaise with external insurance companies, demonstrating professionalism and empathy. Handle sensitive information with discretion. Maintain good relationships with clients. Request Quotations from various Insurance companies. Tasks need to be completed with neatness and pride. Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written (Advanced level of professionalism) Ability to work in a very fast paced environment. Able to work well under pressure. Self-efficient Strong telephonic skills Qualifications: Minimum Matric with tertiary education highly advantageous Fluent in Afrikaans high advantageous Driver's License and own vehicle Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Previous experience the insurance field highly advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Packages Remuneration: R18 000 - R25 000 Cost to Company Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted R 18000 - R 25000 - Monthly
