Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry (in Irene, Centurion) is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Pharmacist Assistant/Internal Sales Representative. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in the pharmacy while also actively engaging in internal sales activities to promote our compounding service. The ideal candidate we are looking for needs to be dynamic, possess strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and energetic demeanour. Responsibilities - Assist in compounding and dispensing of various medications - Proactively engage with doctors and pharmacists to promote compounding service - Provide product information and assist with answering queries from doctors and pharmacists - Assist in ensuring medications have been delivered to doctors and patients timeously - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service Requirements - Pharmacist assistant basic or post basic - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks - Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on patient care - Strong administration skills Market Related Salary with benefits.
