Our software is found in over 95% of hospitals in the UK, and we are also expanding internationally, including Ireland and Australia. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and implement clinical web applications that align with our strategic goals. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the robustness, usability, and reliability of the software. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum of 4 years' experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in Tailwind, React.js, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript & PostgreSQL. Proficient in building intuitive user interfaces with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks and knowledgeable in web fundamentals to create cross-platform, cross-browser compatible applications. Familiar with software development methodologies and version control (BitBucket), continuous integration (Jenkins), and project management tools (Jira). Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders, and strong collaboration skills. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. The capacity to adapt to new technologies and challenges with a forward-thinking mindset and eagerness to contribute innovative solutions to the development process. Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) is desirable.
