A Sandton based Professional Quantity Surveying practice, seeking a Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years post graduate experience to work in a supportive role on a diverse range of projects within the country. Key Responsibilities : Take off and measure quantities for the preparation of Bills of Quantities. Prepare Construction Estimates and Cash flows. Prepare Tender Documentation and Tender Evaluations. Prepare Progress Payments and Cost Reports. Site Visits and Inspections. Site Measurements for payment purposes and variation purposes. Required Qualifications and Attributes: Honors degree in Quantity Surveying or B-Tech Degree in Quantity Surveying Registration as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with the SACQSP. Own vehicle is essential. Working knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. WinQS Dimension X
