We are seeking a Principal Software Developer to join the Talbot Team and advance our goal of activating the transition to sustainable water. In this role, you will lead software development projects, collaborating with partners to drive innovation and excellence. You will be on enhancing the Talbot Analytics tool, ensuring efficiency, quality, and security. Your responsibilities include project management, code maintenance, technology selection, and overseeing subcontractors, while actively contributing to back-end development for seamless integration with front-end systems. Relevant 3-year degree or diploma. 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on .NET Core. Proficiency in .NET Core, CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and software testing methodologies. Strong background in security principles, full-stack development, and SQL (MSSQL). Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. The following would be advantageous: Familiarity with Azure, MS SQL Server, current web frameworks/libraries, MS BI, IoT, and containerisation technologies. Market Related Salary.
