What you will be doing: Join dynamic cross-functional teams to shape intuitive, user-centric design solutions. Dive into user requirements, crafting detailed design specifications for development teams. Bring concepts to life with wireframe mock-ups and prototypes, fostering creativity. Be part of user research and testing, refining designs based on valuable insights. Collaborate on regular design reviews, driving continuous improvement. Contribute to a cohesive design system, enhancing product identity and user experience. Support stakeholders with training materials and product functionality assistance. Explore industry trends and emerging tech for fresh design perspectives. What you need: 5 years' relevant experience in product design or related fields. Previous experience in a SaaS environment would be beneficial. Deep understanding of user-centred design principles. Proficiency in design tools Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Skilled in translating complex requirements into intuitive designs. Familiarity with Agile methods. Knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques. Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Awareness of accessibility standards and best practices.
