A major player in the staffing industry is seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to spearhead the development and direction of our product lines. This critical role encompasses managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration, with a significant focus on efficient portfolio backlog management using Azure DevOps. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop products that fulfill customer needs and surpass expectations. The ideal candidate combines a passion for technology and market trends awareness with the capability to implement product strategies effectively. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for streamlined backlog management and a deep understanding of various development methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or the Flow Framework, are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's objectives and leveraging Azure DevOps for strategic planning. Roadmap Planning: Utilize Azure DevOps to create, prioritize, and maintain a transparent product roadmap, integrating Scrum, SAFe, or the Flow Framework methodologies to ensure agile and efficient product development cycles. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and synchronize efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, fostering collaboration through Azure DevOps and ensuring successful product launches. Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, informing the product development process. Product Development: Oversee the development process from ideation to launch, advocating for Scrum, SAFe, and the Flow Framework methodologies to optimize workflow and collaboration. Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback, using Azure DevOps to track and prioritize product adjustments and enhancements. Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics within Azure DevOps, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary advocate for the product, utilizing Azure DevOps dashboards and reports to share insights and updates with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA as a preferred qualification. Demonstrated experience in product management, showcasing successful management of products throughout their lifecycle. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for portfolio and backlog management, with a solid grasp of Scrum, SAFe, or the Flow Framework methodologies. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of customer needs and the competency to convert those into product requirements. Experience with agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills: Specific industry experience relevant to the product. Technical background in software development or web technologies. Advanced knowledge of development methodologies beyond Scrum, SAFe, and the Flow Framework, enhancing agile practices within product development teams.
