The Enterprise Software Product Manager will primarily be focused on providing exceptional customer service by executing all administrative duties related to the Enterprise Software portfolio. This position will become a product expert and play a crucial role in supporting all business development activities to meet revenue and profit objectives. Execute activities to achieve monthly sales targets. Execute strategic ordering of products. Maintain and grow the existing product partner base. Account planning and customer mapping with each partner Liaise and engage with partners regularly to grow their share of the wallet. Present product/brand presentations to customers and partners Generate leads and manage the sales process together with the partner. Review quarterly planning. Present status of the development plan back to the vendor Training on vendor/s sales tools Training on vendor/s processes and systems Managing minimum certification level of partners Ensure operational excellence of vendor within the partner. Ensure orders are placed on vendor timeously. Ensure all other SLAs are met timeously. Responsible for fast and accurate quoting on all Software costings/quotes to partners Provide reports and target tracking information as required. Product support (PDF Spec Sheets, Web Info, Sales Support, Customer Support-Systems Integrators) Product pricing Escalation of partner operational issues at vendor and focus on resolution. Alignment of vendor resources to partner Making sure that stakeholders at the vendor interface with stakeholders at the partner at all levels. Working with the partner to drive marketing initiatives – adhering to alignment with brands/vendors I.E Marketing events , Tele-campaigns , Internal incentives , Promotion of vendor events , Driving vendor GTMs with the partner and ensuring focus on the GTMs Managing the vendor sales process Deal registration, partner Discount, and margin management Enlisting vendor support to drive opportunity to closure. Manage relationships and align with vendors. Manage relationships and align with partners. Be the custodian of the vendor relationship at the partner. Analyse market segments and develop marketing strategies to build product demand by creating effective solutions and awareness of the product and brand. Provide marketing plans and GTM plans at the partner level. Liaise with vendors and industry to understand product and market trends and amend plans accordingly to ensure efficient product life cycle management and maximize opportunities. Clearly communicate product, market strategy, objectives, and technical services to partners Assist the team with other related functions when and where required. Submit Weekly/Monthly/quarterly reports as required by management, vendors, and analysts. Manage the profitability of products. Minimum 3 years work experience within an IT environment Demonstrable knowledge of software tools. Appropriate accreditation/certification in one or more software technologies. Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written business communication skills Good sales presentation skills Organized individual who is deadline-driven with good time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work in a pressured environment, to chase and meet targets.
