Project Administrator - Johannesburg

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Orders - Create Purchase Orders & send to the Project Engineer and/or Supplier as requested
  • Update filing systems of Current Projects
  • Request for Quotations - Assist the Project Engineer with obtaining quotations for Project items
  • Document Transmittals - Create and sent Document Transmittals via Email, Dropbox, SharePoint, or any other communication networks as per client requirements
  • Managing Vendor Document & Drawing Registers - Keep track and inform the Project Engineer of Deadline Dates for the issue of Documentation
  • Creating Project & Drawing Files - Creating Lever Arch files with Covers and dividers for Engineers, Quality Department & Drawing Office
