Based in Cape Town a learning and development consultancy requires a Project coordinator Professional certification in project management, training and development or related field preferred. Experience with customised programmes, blended learning, and SETA-accredited programmes preferred Strong administrative and management background, including customer-facing roles with a focus on providing high-quality service Experience in a learning and development role is advantageous Minimum of 3 years project management experience in a same or similar environment with a customer-facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), MS Teams, Zoom, Survey Monkey (advantageous)Facilitate communication among internal teams, trainers, and clients, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information, updates, and feedback. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and consultations, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up. Assist in preparing workshop reports, presentations, Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Assist in monitoring and evaluating training Programme effectiveness, collecting participant feedback, and analyzing evaluation data to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to training Programmes, processes, and systems.
