A leading consultancy in Learning and Development require a Project Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg Drive and manage all aspects of programme implementation, including project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and sharing invoices with clients and tracking of invoices with clients Drive and manage the logistical aspects for a seamless programme delivery in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. This includes programme scheduling, faculty selection, booking venues, client/delegate communication, and more Implement the evaluation process, preparing progress and close-out reports for all programmes according to client needs Provide feedback to Account Director and Programme Manager on programme successes, concerns, budgetary concerns, client feedback, and any significant developments or challenges encountered during programme implementation Take confident ownership of assigned programmes, ensuring every aspect from inception to completion receives adequate oversight and accountability throughout the entire rollout process Deliver quality programmes/projects within delivery timelines Provide appropriate resolutions for tasks, projects, or concerns raised by project/programme team. Drive programme delivery progress to ensure small details are not missed Implement systems and procedures to achieve positive results Establish and maintain professional and personal credibility with internal client partners, clients, faculty, suppliers, vendors, and venues. Proactively resolve problems, queries, and complaints and escalate where appropriate Minimum of 3 years project management experience or similar environment with customer-facing role Appropriate Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Professional certification in project management, training and development or related field preferred. Experience with customised programmes, blended learning, and SETA-accredited programmes preferred Strong administrative and management background, including customer-facing roles with a focus on providing high-quality service Experience in a learning and development role is advantageous Minimum of 3 years project management experience in a same or similar environment with a customer-facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), MS Teams, Zoom, Survey Monkey (advantageous) R30k per month - no benefits
