Job description:

Full Accounting function related to customs and exports
Preparation on monthly recons including age analysis
Perform export debtors function for manufacturing division and follow up on long outstanding receivables to ensure no bad debt occurs
Reconcile of export sales over and unders to ensure timely resolutions
Provisioning of monthly logistic costs accruals through a recon of accounts and supplier statement at month end
Perform regular stock counts at site to ensure accurate stock
Remain up tot date with IFRS requirements
Make necessary provisions in the accounts in line with IFRS
ensure necessary internal control systems are in place for process in area of responsibility.
POA/Property accountant to be involved with preparing financial reports and statements,bank reconciliations , and conducting cyclical audits for property associations
Prepare tax documents.
Compile and analyse financial statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting.
