Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Property Administration Clerk to join their team, based in East London.

The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Property Administration Team in all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the rental portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:-

  • Matric
  • Diploma in Finance / Accounting or Public Administration (advantageous)
  • SAGE experience
  • MDA experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Service–orientated
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Client management skills
  • Planning, organizing and time management
  • Deadline driven and achievement orientated
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking

Duties to include:-

  • Leasing Administration
  • Customer Liaison
  • Accounts Payable Administration
