We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our products or services meet established quality standards through rigorous analysis, testing, and feedback. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement in quality processes • Conduct thorough analysis of product or service quality through data collection, review, and interpretation. • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure adherence to established standards. • Perform testing and evaluation of products or services to identify defects or areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and benchmarks. • Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency. • Document and communicate quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders. • Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices. • Monitor and track quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for corrective action. • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality-related issues. • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate new methodologies as appropriate • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, or Engineering. • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Solid understanding of quality management principles and methodologies. • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
