Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards Investigate root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and outcomes Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Software Development, etc.) Knowledge of quality standards and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in quality processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a dedicated and proactive individual with a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
