We are currently looking for a well experienced Quality Officer to join our team. • Create and put into effect policies and processes for quality assurance. • To find areas that need improvement, carry out routine audits and inspections. • Keep an eye on production procedures to make sure quality standards are being followed. • Look into the underlying reasons for quality problems and create solutions. • Work together with cross-functional groups to put quality improvement plans into action. • Keep thorough records of all activities and results related to quality assurance. • Train employees on quality assurance best practices and offer assistance. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Advanced Diploma in Quality Management or NFQ 6 in Built Environment. Must have a certificates of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Implementation of QMS and Internal Auditing. Must have 4 years' experience working in civil engineering works. Knowledge of quality standards and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in quality processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary market related. Negotiable Company vehicle with fuel card
