We're currently seeking a skilled Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Montague Gardens. If you're passionate about logistics and warehousing and thrive in a supervisory role, we want to hear from you Supervise Receiving and Milling teams Ensure Raw Material Availability for production plan completion Oversee warehousing and milling of raw materials Manage stock receiving functions, including documentation and QC Generate and verify daily reports, ensuring accuracy Conduct periodic and monthly stock takes Supervise incoming goods process and safety procedures Enforce Health and Safety, Housekeeping, and Equipment standards Manage orders processing for milling, minimizing delays Coordinate with procurement to resolve raw material issues Handle locations management for efficient operations Supervise pallet manufacturing process Key Result Areas: Clear and effective team performance Accurate stock order numbers and quantities Properly labeled stock with accurate pallet numbers Complete and accurate documentation records Timely milling of stock from Hepro Regular and accurate stock takes Daily monitoring of system movements Daily reconciliation of raw shortage reports Successful resolution of QC queries Maintenance of milling machinery and equipment Relevant Diploma or further studies in Logistics and Warehousing preferred Minimum requirement: Matric Knowledge & Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Raw Material Warehousing
