PTL Products is looking for a well presented, bubbly, engaging people's person with excellent inter-personal and telephone skills to fulfill the role of Receptionist, Internal sales and Admin Assistant . This person will be responsible for reception, internal sales, walk-in customers, admin (includes filing invoices) and matching colours. Reception: Answering switchboard in a professional manner and transfering / routing calls as necessary Taking and ensuring that messages are passed to appropriate staff members on a timely basis Taking down client orders Notifying relevant personnel of vistors arrival Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence Internal Sales: Attending to walk-in customers and vistors, greeting with a positive, helpful attitude and directing them appropriately Receive orders via phone, WhatsApp, email, etc. Process the orders and invoice on pastel partner (also check stock and confirm stock availability with customers / Sales Rep) Send quotes / pro-forma invoices when required Receive proof of payment (POP) for COD customers Prepare picking slips for deleiveries and sending it through to the warehouse for picking Customer Interface: Assist customers with general enquiries Assist customers with colour matches Process orders as required Export samples to factory abroad: Receive sample, document, arrange courier and manage the process of the colour being matched. Notify the Sales Rep when the sample is received back Admin: Managing and ordering office supplies such as stationery, factory PPE, water, cleaning supplies and keeping inventory of consumables Performing administrative dutries File invoices, POD, proof of payment, purchase orders, etc. Matric with reception experience Engage well with customers and staff, face-to-face, telephonically, via email, etc. Computer literate: Office: outlook, word and excel Pastel Partner Work well under pressure, professional, courteous, neat and well-presented Need to be detail orientated, accurate and able to handle pressure Provide an excellent customer service and experience Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Matric with reception experience Engage well with customers and staff, face-to-face, telephonically, via email, etc. Computer literate: Office: outlook, word and excel Pastel Partner Work well under pressure, professional, courteous, neat and well-presented Need to be detail orientated, accurate and able to handle pressure Provide an excellent customer service and experience Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Basic salary between R10k to R15k per month Good opportunity for growth Leave: 15 days per year (we close between mid December to early January) Apply Now
