We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kempton Park. This role involves managing reception duties, ordering office supplies, printing labels for products, and capturing orders on Sage.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Print labels for products accurately and efficiently.
- Capture orders on Sage accounting software.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Sage software is a plus.
- Working hours are 8:00 to 17:00 – drivers licence and own vehicle is essential.
