Description South Africa's top group of companies is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Durbanville. Requirements: • Matric • HR degree an advantage • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) • 1-2 years recruitment experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Team Player • Work well under pressure • Self-motivated and well organized • Great work ethic • Deadline driven • Valid driver's license Duties: Manage and conduct the entire recruitment process. Cold calling of perspective new clients to obtain business. (60 call per day) Source and attract top talent to meet the staffing needs of the client. Maintain relationships with existing clients by doing follow-ups. Receive job descriptions from clients. Create job descriptions and advertise vacancies on different platforms. Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates. Headhunt candidates on various platforms. Screen candidates, draw up a shortlist and conduct interviews. Present suitable candidates to the clients. Arrange interviews with successful candidates and the hiring managers. Assist applicants to prepare for the interview with the client. Facilitate the interviews where needed and/or requested. Conduct background checks for successful candidates. Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process. Keep recruitment platforms up to date and ensure all candidate information are updated. Build Talent Pools. Assist with internal recruitment. Assist with onboarding of new employees. Assist with relevant ad-hoc duties as and when required by the HR department.
